Notes

8-27-23. Going to do Hochkurz Double Decoction. Because its hot, I made a starter with Lutra Kveik. Should use 34/70 for the yeast. Using normal house water ran through charcoal filter

9/10/23. Tasted it. The brew day the first mash got way too hot. Recommending redoing the brew day, but keep everything the same. Goo beer, but not dry and crisp.
