Experimental cream ale. Due to efficiency maybe 11Lbs pilsener?

Kolsch 2565 is alternative yeast. I used the cream ale yeast above

Mash 150F

2/7 I used 5 gallon in mash. 6.5gall + pre boil volume. Need to reduce the grain weight so get to about 4.5%. Way too high Og.

Og 1.065 to FG 1.013 6.83% Need to reduce grain to get about 4.5 to 5%
