Notes

Soak nibs in vodka, freeze, scrap fat off. Pour liquid and nibs into secondary. I am adding 1 vanilla bean to this mixture to bring out chocolate flavor. I am debating cutting LME by 3-6lbs. I want this more of a easy to drink enjoyable chocolatey beer. No too much bitterness or alcohol twang.
