Notes

I'm making this for some folks with Lactose issues, so no lactose in this pie. Going for some sweet graham cracker with the Victory and Honey malts, standard 50/50 2-row and wheat base, and some oats for body. Will kettle sour with Goodbelly, then pitch US-05 to ferment. Blueberry, lemon zest and vanilla in secondary.
