Primary at 64 degF, secondary 8 days at 53, 6days at 66 F. Dry hopped throughout Sec.
7 days in bottle, med Kumquat citrus and med-low mint hop aroma notes. Light caramel and biscuit malt flavors. Med low sweetness and likely to drop.
