Picobrew model S. No boil loss due to sub-boil temp. Ferm in 1.75gal corny keg. Left .15gal headspace. Will drop to 1.5gal if there is complications during ferm. Milled with Ss Brewtech at -2 setting. General Picobrew effiency is around 55%, hopefully additional enzyme in mash @ 5.2pH along with step mash and finer milled grain will improve efficiency to ~60%. OG @ 60% is 1.056
