easy drinking gateway to belgian styles for the IPA lover. Great to drink cold on a hot summer day. The Belgian aroma is subtle, just enough immediate belgian taste, and plenty of bitter at the finish. i will change the Simcoe addition from 30 minutes to 15 minutes to see if i can dial back the bitter finish just a tad because it seems just slightly out of balance. Otherwise, hold me back from drinking it all too fast!!
