Second time brewing to this recipe. No time to make a starter, used two vials of WLP001.
Tasters results are in - great response! Most say "smooth bitterness", "citrus aroma/flavor"
Balanced, no distractions from malt or yeast.
Same recipe that won first place in local tasting competition in October 2013.
Now a permanent spot in the portfolio of regulars.
