OG was 1.064. After racking ~4gal to fermenter, due to kettle screen clogging, poured ~2g remaining hot break material into sanitized Anvil Brew Bucket and waited 30 mins for break to settle, then drained about 1.5g into fermenter. Fermenter had already been oxygenated & pitched. Set fermenter at 60* for first few days.
