All Grain version of a Shiner. Updated yeast to Fermentis Safale US-05 Pitching 2 qt and fermenting at 60 degrees.

Brewed this several times and enjoyed by many friends. Light in hops but big in flavor. keg natural conditioning for three weeks @ about 50-55 degrees.
