Notes
Mash at 152 for 60 mins.
Boil for 60 mins.
Ferment at 64 for 4 days, then allow to free rise to up to 70.
Cool beer to 35 and dry hop for 5 days. Carbonate to 2 volumes.
Note original recipe used Wyeast 1007 German Ale, but I want to keep it English!
