		Notes

Full volume mash. No sparge. Recirculated wort during mashout. Added BrewTan-B to mash water and just before flameout. Did an SNS yeast starter with one pack of WLP840 and two vials of frozen/banked WLP840. The banked WLP840 was tested in a small starter to confirm viability. Fermented in 48-52* garage.
Excellent beer. 1.25oz of Liberty hops was a bit too much for the style as a WP addition. The Sugar Creek malt addition also added some body/complexity which was nice but probably a better fit in a pre-pro pils.

Recipe costs can be adjusted by changing the batch size. They won't be saved but will give you an idea of costs if your final yield was different.
