Notes

Based on the Dead Ringer (Northern Brewer) clone kit for Bell's Brewing "2 Hearted Ale". Utilizing Centennial hops for bittering and citrus contribution to flavor/aroma with Chinook hops to enhance pine (resin) flavor/aroma. 40L Briess Caramel in steep w/ 1 oz (.6%) of Briess Carapils to increase foam/head retention and mouth feel.
