Notes

-hops are what I had on hand

-added the zest of 5 small naval oranges, coriander and grains of paradise the las 5 mins.

-got some scorch at the bottom of the pot :( next time I'll use hop spyder for zest and grains!

-Fermizilla is in a cold garage so it didn't "free rise" in temp. I gradually increased the temp from 68 to 71.

-Final gravity was 1.009
