I enjoy the Hoppy Amber Ale. It has a strong Amarillo smell with a tad Grapefruit from the Cascade, the Galaxy might be better added in a 20-25min whirlpool at 75°C since i personaly dont taste allot of it. The beer is carbonated enough to sparkle and have medium mouthfeel, also helps to smell the beer nicely. I enjoy the feel of the very hoppy beer, it helps relief stress.
Worth a try if you dont like much alcohol but a good amount of hops in your beer at summer.
