Notes
My old fav, light on the hops, nice light biscuity malt note, some aromatic hop but easy to smash.
Based on Zainasheff and Palmer 'Brewing Classic Styles' APA recipe.
Brewed many times, but after last brew, have tightened up the numbers to more closely hit:
OG:1056
FG:1013
IBU:40 (Need to adjust based on hop AA avail next time we brew)
21L in the fermenter
Had to manually adjust US-05 attenuation 80-76 to get FG of 1013 - brew and record actual outcome and plan to adjust mash temp to hit
