Notes
During mashing heat 22L water to 68-69 °C before adding the malts. Rest for 60 min at 67 °C. This is higher than usual. Make sure not to overshoot. Raise temperature to 75 °C and rest for 10 min. Then sparge the grains with 12 L water of approx. 75 °C.
During boil the first hop additions is at start of boil. The second hop addition is done after 45 min togheter with 1 Whirlfoc tablet.
Cool to 25 degrees before transferring to fermentation vessels. Do this as fast as possible. From now on pay big attention to hygiene. Clean fermenter vessel/valves/tubes.
Recommended fermentation temperature 20 degrees.
