You can swap out the Amarillo for all Citra with great results
Defrost all 3 cans of frozen pineapple juice concentrate in microwave until liquid. This goes in the fermenter after primary fermentation is complete
Add 2t of Pectic enzyme to the fermenter after secondary FG is reached from the addition of the pineapple juice concentrate which re-starts the yeast activity
Lallemand Kveik Voss yeast can be substituted for the Fermentis
