Notes
Buy four gallons of Tree Top Apple Juice from Costco, pour in a gallon, pitch the yeast, four teaspoons of Fermax Nutrient, add the rest of the juice, pouring vigorously to aerate. Ferment at 68F for two weeks, package and carb to 2.7 volumes of CO2. Highly recommend saving yeast slurry to reuse again for cider, will be GF after that.
