started with just under 8 gal
mashed low. hard to tell the consistency as im BIAB there were hot spots and cold spots.
first running 1.049. after mash i was left with 7 gallons
got 4.5 into fermenter. 2.5 gallon loss with the new hop screen
i just realized, the 15 min hop addition was only supposed to be 1 oz, not 2!!
