started with 8 gallons. Had the hop stopper in the kettle. I had around 7 gallons after the mash. First running was 1.044. Perfect.

The 1 hour boil brought it down to about 5 1/2 gallons and SG of 1.066!

Due to the hop stopper, I was only able to keg about 4 gallons.
