Great ferm start-- I am becoming a believer in toss in 2 packets of yeast for 5-6 gallons wort. Dry hopped after 4 days ferm.
Blue ribbon aroma heady perfume floral, flavor maybe too subtle of grapefruit tangerine and oregano but-- a keeper!! How to get it to the next level? Maybe more bitter hops, 41 IBU too few? or try bitter with Simcoe maybe.
