With this yeast, I noticed fermentation (at 68 degrees) begin about 18-20 hrs after pitching the yeast. Fermentation bubbles stopped three days after pitching the yeast. I was nervous that my fermentation had stalled but I took a gravity reading on day 6 and it is at 1.004 so I gather that my fermentation had not stalled.
