I swapped out his requested Pacific Jade, Nelson and Motueka hops for what I had.
Brew in a Bag.
Updated efficiency to get to the OG.
Doubled the recipe, 12 gallons of RO in the mash. Starting volume was 8.5 gallons. I sparged to get close to 10 and up the OG.
Chill in the snow to 180 or close and then whirlpool.
Added Irish Moss as well at 15 minutes.
