11 liter mash because of robobrew false bottom
19 liter sparge
Mash ph after 10 mins 5.86, added 1/4 tsp lactic acid, dropped way too low, added 1 more liter of water to mash, ph went to 5.67
Forgot to add syrup in boil, grabbed a few liters post boil, reboiled, added 80g of syrup, chilled, added to fermenter.
