Very fruity and citrus forward. The BRU 1 hops were a great experience. However, when they say they contribute a fresh cut grass aroma and flavor, they aren’t kidding. It was very obvious to me. However, a lot of other people could not pick that out so maybe I’m more sensitive to it. This is the first time using chit malt and I don’t know if I’ll go back it. Not sure I’m a fan of what it brings to the table. Might have to play around with it more.
