Brewed on 12/11/2022 via BIAB Method. Had to use raw wheat and do a cereal mash because I did not have malted wheat.

SG = 7.75 gallons @ 10.3 Brix = 1.041 g/L
OG = 12.9 Brix = 1.052 g/L
FG = 6.0 Brix = 1.007 g/L

Pitched WB-06 into 62 degree F wort.
