Notes
boil sugar, citric acid, lemon juice, in 5 gallons water.
mix the craft puree, water and simple syrup in 5 gallon buckets and add to unitank. stir again
then place unitank in coldroom
add head pressure to tank
chill overnite
carb at a flow rate of 2 to 17 lbs head pressure
should take at least a few hours
