Target Water Profile
Light colored and hoppy
Notes
Water volume was 5.25 gallons post boil.
Added .75 gallons of sterile water to get 6 gallons.
15.4 brix OG.
7 brix FG.
Super fruity smell with a little dieselly resin.
This was really good. Would have used Denali/sultana if I had instead of Strata.
Strata added a resinous or diesel dank to it.
Still big orange, mango, pineapple.
This beer needs a dry hop to add the grassy resinous character to finish it out.
