Notes
I renamed this to 3 second rule after my grain mill fell on the floor spilling a couple of pounds of malt. I swept it up and continued grinding.
I had a pound of pecan smoked malt that I wanted to get rid of so I put it in this recipe. You can sub that with more Marris Otter.
