Using Home Grown Whole Leaf
V1.1 This is the same as V1 except increased Boil Addition Hops by 50%.
V1.2 Added more Pride Of Ringwood at 5-10 minute mark
V2 had the same BUT I used Pils instead if Aussie Ale Malt.
V1.3 Now fly sparging instead of Batch sparging.
Really great Easy drinking Aussie Ale.
2025 - about to redrew with all home frown hops. Still using yeast from Coopers bottles. Happy to work with OS Brewers and send some vials OS for fans of this style
