mashed at 150, accidentally left heat on low for 20 min, temp rose to 162. removed and let cool for 30 more minutes.



slowly lowered temp over 2 weeks. kept in the mid 40's for about a week.

Very refreshing beer. maybe lower IBU's next time by skipping the early bittering addition and lowering late additions.

Tastes like a blonde, or a very flavorful miller
