Notes

Pumkin was smoked and half cooked on the barbecue, finished cooking on a kettle with white sugar and made pure, added at the end of boiling 10min.

ended up with 35 liters on fementer with a OG 1062, lots of loses because of the pumpkin turb .

Fermentation ended up with a FG 1006 means 7.6%vol.

Tasting notes:

We can really find the smoke and spices, even a little spicy from the ginger, good integrated at all.
A really diferent pumkin ale, but a good one.
