Pumpkin pulp heated to mash target temp (153*) before adding to mash-tun.

3lbs of pumpkin for mash created from 6lbs of roasted sugar-pie pumpkin then hand mashed to pulp.

Spices: All very fresh, not crushed and left in the primary after the boil

10 whole cloves
30 whole allspice berries
1/4 of a whole (6g) nutmeg not crushed
2 average 3inch cinnamon sticks broken in half (about 7g total)
