Mild? brewed 22 oct btld 3rd nov
This turned out great, very dark lots of body. might be debateable as to whether it is a mild but thats what I call it. Not sure why it turned out so good, just the right amount of fuggles? the oats? Most of my favourite brews seem to be where I have gone for dark milds and my lagers are only ok. I suspect my local water, which is very hard (East Yorkshire) is suited to full bodied pale ales.
PS the colour was a lot darker than the recipe suggested
