Notes
not sure if the grain I have is crystal but it's darker and it should only help the color when using 3oz, even if its crystal 120. won't do much if its actually crystal 30.
original recipe
12lbs pale
4lbs corn
1lb rice
1oz crystal @60 4.5aau
1oz willamette @60 4.3aau
changed to fit available hops, and finish off grains on hand.
