Notes
Tank 7 Clone
Name based on Cat Stevens song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SnrUJgL4apg
The reference to Kansas City is appropriate because Boulevard Brewing is based there. "Nightmare" is... a bit appropriate for me because the only time I was in Kansas City was for the Cerner EHR conference... the only good thing about the afterparty was Tank 7. Otherwise... it was perhaps accurate to describe it as a bit of a waking nightmare. Crowds, loud music, ostentatious expenditure of money, garishness... all while sleep deprived.

Soren, talked me through his research but I don't have a better source reference than his recipe. Not sure exactly what sources he got the info from.
Recipe formulation notes:
- Todo: still got to think about mash water acidification and water salts additions.
