Add 1 tsp CaCl2 and 10 ml Lactic Acid to mash water.
Brewed October 11, 2022.
Infuse to 150F, hold 40, infuse to 158F hold 20, recirc/lauter. No Whirlfloc. Got 10.5 Gal. Pitched at 62F, one pack yeast for each 5 gal fermenter. Fermented at 62-65F.
