Fell upon a classic IPA with perfect grain bill and perfect hop recipe...again I closed my eyes and brewed ... using the classic ingredients.....my yeast bill contained an aggressive sacch, an Omega brett and slurry from a prior belgian I brewed....
Drinking now...extra-celestial....light body...perfect grain flavor...hops come on like a ride in a convertible on the high plains!
