Comments:
Submitted to 28th Ales Open; Ale and Lager Enthusiasts of Saskatchewan (Apr-2023)

Gold in "Dark Lager" category (15 entries)

It got 38 and 37 out of 50.

Excellent judge comments. Clear, clean, to style, "complex and easy drinking at the same time". Does it get much better than that as a brewer to hear!?!?! That is what I am constantly chasing!

This was a great beer! I brewed it is a "Bock", entered it as a Munich Dunkel, won as a "Dark Lager". It was truly lovely. I'm a bigger and bigger fan of the White labs German Bock yeast.
