Notes
Crush pecans in bag. Roast pecans in oven at 350 deg for 10 minutes. Remove and wipe off oil. Repeat several more times.
11/16/22 tasting notes: smoothing out. Chocolate flavor is there. Graham cracker settling where as first week it was prominent.
3/9/24 brew session - steep the pecans for 30 minutes at mash temp by themselves. This is easier than trying to put in the mash.
Ferment at 70 F under pressure at 10 PSI.
