• Agua macerado: agrego una cucharadita al ras en 50 lts de agua de osmosis. Quizás que este por debajo de 7 antes de arrancar a macerar. Hacer una medición rápido y comprobar si el pH se encuentra en el valor adecuado(5.2 a 5.5)
•Agua de lavado: agrego media cucharada y mido, el pH debe estar por debajo de 6 para que no me eleve el pH del mosto en el hervor.
•Adiccion de sales: voy a agregar sulfato de magnesio que es lo único que cosegui para equilibrar el perfil de esos minerales
