Notes

Add 8 pkg of Kroger Peach Tea powder prior to kegging. Each pack is for 1/2 gallon of tea. Didn't carb too much as it's tea. I've found that for some reason 1 yeast pack doesn't seem to finish the fermentation.

I've started now with just 2 gallons of water that I bring to 180 degrees. I cool it while I clean just enough to drop it to a low enough temp to go in my Big Mouth Bubbler. I'll then top off with tap water (I live in Memphis, our stuff is good) Super fast and easy. Brew to fermenter is under an hour.
