Notes
From ABW Website:
Hops: German Magnum, Columbus, Centennial, Citra
Malts: Pils, C40, C60, Vienna, Wheat
Yeast: American Ale
ABV: 7.3%
IBU: 65
Starting Gravity: 15.5 P
Final Gravity: 3 P
Notes from Head Brewer at ABW:
Pilsner Malt Base - ~82%
Caramel 40 - 2.75%
Caramel 60 - 2.75%
Vienna - 3.75%
Wheat - 7.5%
Acidulated Malt - 1.5-2%
Keep your mash water in the 154-55 degree range, use a clean american ale yeast.
Bittering addition should be around 20IBU (just use a high alpha variety)
30 minute addition of Centennial with about 25IBU
and then do about .2# per gallon in whirlpool of centennial. Dry hop with centennial at about .65# per gallon.
That should get you pretty close or at least an approximation.
