soaked the chips for about a week in burbon, added the chips without the burbon. [add the burbon too next time]

beer was a bit too bitter, drop the IBUs to around 40

OG came out low because i diluted the beer to a total of 12 liters, FG came out high - fix the recipe to be arount 1.075 with the right efficiency with the same final gravity.
