Notes
Take vanilla and scrape the seeds, chop the bean, and combine with 2-3 oz good quality neutral spirit. Let sit 1-2 days. Add to primary when fermentation is about 80% through, approximately 1.020-1.024. Vanilla flavors change depending on usage.
