Achieved 1.060 without the late addition of cane sugar. May still add some after primary to increase alcohol.
Pitched yeast the next morning at 78 degrees.
Smells fruity, like passionfruit and some guava.

0.5 oz Citra (Pellet) on day 5
Only a couple of points short of where this beer should finish but I'm hesitant to wait longer. Added 1lb of cane sugar in about 1.5l of boiled water on top of hops. Kegged 5 gallons plus had some leftover to bottle. Flavor is good, not very strong hop aroma or bitterness.
