Notes
Cold IPA, using style guidelines for American IPA. Color will be lighter than AmIPA SRM, per guidelines.
Partial boil method. Mash with 5.2 gal, lose 0.75 gal to grain absorption, so 4.45 gal preboil volume. After 0.6 gal boil-off, Ending kettle volume is 3.85 gallons, but have 0.6 gal dead space, so 3.25 into fermentor. Chill partially, and then add 2.0 gal chilled RO water to get to fermentation temp, and volume of 5.25 gal... lose about 0.25 gal to trub, so 5.0 gal into keg.
Ferment at 61 for 2-3 days, then dry hop for 1-2 days, then remove and raise temp to 68 for a D-rest and to get to terminal gravity.
