Notes
For "boil" squash: 1" cube and roast in the oven at 375 until browned (stirring every 15 minutes) Toss with brown sugar, water and pie spice then return to oven for 10 minutes. Add this to boil for 60 mins.
For "dry hop" squash: 1/2" finely cube and roast in the oven same as boil version, then carmelize in a pan on the stove with molasses and maple syrup. Add to secondary for 7 days before packaging.
