Dry Hopped

2.5 oz AU Galaxy (Pellet) on day 5 3.8 oz Citra (Pellet) on day 5 Added in nylon bags with weights and fishing lines while bubbling up CO2. Will remove them before adding the next dry hop. The aroma seemed ok but will have to see what issues the high temperature creates. Added new Cask yeast to help restart Fermentation. The high temperature seems to have stalled the fermentation. Need a temperature probe well so this never happens again! (Temperature probe fell off fermenter)

Dry Hopped

2nd Dry Hop Charge: 2.5 oz AU Galaxy (Pellet) on day 8 2.47 oz Lupo Citra (Pellet) on day 8 Added loose and with CO2 bubbling up. Smelled good, so hopefully this one will turn out alright.
